Spech and Language Therapy Service
Speech and language therapy provides treatment, support and care for children and adults who have difficulties with communication, or with eating, drinking and swallowing. Speech and languagetherapists (SLTs) are allied health professionals. Speech and language therapists are trained to assess, diagnose and treat speech, language and communication impairments in children of all ages and adults. Speech and language therapists also assess difficulties with eating and drinking.
